The Liberty Eco's voltages under load are excellent - if anything a touch high on the 3.3V and 5V rails, but that's not really an issue. When it comes to the 12V rails there's only a single dip, strangely when loading the 3.3V and 5V rails and on just 12V-1 - 12V-2 remains a solid 12.0V. When the 12Vs are both loaded though they do drop as we expected, but less than other brands we've seen.

The Liberty Eco's efficiency scores are pretty uniform, ranging between 83 to almost 86 percent, which is nothing to be sniffed at as that's a solid 80Plus Bronze standard by our results. The PFC is mostly mid-90s as well, with a slight drop at 20 percent load, but at least the efficiency remains.

Under load, the PSU hit a high of just 42ºC on the base, with an internal temperature of 35-45ºC inside and topping out at 52-57ºC on the main transformer with sustained load. It passed our 30 minute stress test with ease as well so we can only conclude Enermax have made a very solid, cool running product.

Audibly, it's generally very quiet to quiet as it scales under increased load, and although it certainly has a notable presence, but its very tolerable and not intrusive by any means. The fan is generally well balanced and we found no other random noises like ticking or coil whine when testing either.

Looks like a decent PSU but still I would never buy Enermax cos they use that god damn ugly sleeving.

I have the Dark Power Pro 650W, quiet & does what I want it to.

Gives great peace of mind knowing that's powering my system

I've never had a problem with the sleeving. Out of all the ugly colouration hardware manufactures use on their products this has to be one of the less offensive cases.
